Yes, follow the steps below to add additional accounts to your existing login:

  1. Sign in to My Account
  2. In My Account click Personal Profile & Account Preferences
  3. Click Link an Additional ELGAS Account
  4. Follow the remaining prompts on screen. Repeat the steps above for any further accounts you wish to add to your My Account login.

If you want to amend or cancel an order you will need to contact the ELGAS Customer Service. Before contacting us, please ensure you have the order number you wish to amend or cancel, then call us on 131 161.

You can return any empty cylinders online if they are a part of an order for full cylinders.

If you only need to return cylinders but don't require any full cylinders, please contact us to arrange a collection.

Direct Debit

Payment will be automatically deducted from your credit card or bank account on the due date.

Contact your participating bank to make this payment from your cheque or savings account.
