The easiest way to order with ELGAS is online:

Register or Sign in to My Account
In My Account click Recently Ordered or Re-order Gas & Cylinder Holdings
Enter the quantity next to the product you want to re-order
Click the Add to Cart & Checkout button

Useful Information

At checkout you will see all relevant information relating to your order, including expected delivery date.
Once your gas order has been scheduled for delivery, you will receive an email notifying you of the expected time of arrival.
You can also search and browse our online catalogue to order online
When re-ordering using My Account, the shipping and payment options from your most recent online order will be applied to your current order to make it faster for you to order.

Yes, follow the steps below to add additional accounts to your existing login:

Sign in to My Account
In My Account click Personal Profile & Account Preferences
Click Link an Additional ELGAS Account
Follow the remaining prompts on screen. Repeat the steps above for any further accounts you wish to add to your My Account login.

If you want to amend or cancel an order you will need to contact the ELGAS Customer Service. Before contacting us, please ensure you have the order number you wish to amend or cancel, then call us on 131 161.

You can return any empty cylinders online if they are a part of an order for full cylinders.

If you only need to return cylinders but don't require any full cylinders, please contact us to arrange a collection.

Payment will be automatically deducted from your credit card or bank account on the due date.
